"Totally awful experience"

Late in 2017 I had reason to visit the Haematology Dept It was an experience that will stay with me for the rest of my life. I was treated with total indifference, for a rather sensitive matter , I was not given respect or understanding ,West , Middx as a hospital has always appeared to be good in other Depts when I have escorted friends etc there. gladly today everything is ok and I am back in fairly good health, but I had to get a transfer to another hospital, which had a totally different approach and which I felt comfortable with , its such a shame that 'one bad apple ' spoils everything , and such a large hospital can get such a bad reputation, I would never return
