"They kept me in the picture"

I wish to thank the day surgery team led by Miss Maclennan who treated me  they put me at ease and couldnt have been any nicer and kept me in the picture to exactly what they were going to do and what was done. Thank you.

I want to thank all involved in the recovery room team, again they kept me in the picture and made me feel relaxed, they also couldn't have been nicer. Thank you. I will not listen to anybody who complains about our health service, no matter how busy they all are everyone tries to make you feel comfortable and relaxed as much as possible. Again thank you.
