"Receptionists, rude is a understatement."

I have been going ti the Barnard Medical Group for 5 years, the doctors and medical staff are very friendly and professional. Its the receptionist who are rude and totally unprofessional. So I managed to get appointment this morning, walk in, tell the receptionist my name ,she has a problem finding my appointment so I repeat my name she tells me I-am pronouncing wrong. I-am a 55 year old with no mental problems I hope, and I know my own name, I feel my self boiling up, but I don’t go there i am having a great day watch the receptionist spoil it, so I walk away and sit down. I read the sign on the wall abuse will not be tolerated, and I think to myself with receptionist like that, no wonder so many patients lose it. The end of my name ends in simons not simmons and they are pronounced differently, so I see the doctor all good, many thanks
