"Unpleasant experience"

About: The Royal London Hospital / Clinical haematology

I am really disappointed in the attitude of two of the nurses on ward 11C. These nurses are also the senior nurses in the ward. I myself work in the healthcare profession and would never speak to patients or relatives of patients the way i have been spoken to. I am absolutely appalled. I have been to many different hospitals in London and never been treated rudely and unprofessionally. By looking at the reviews of this hospital it seems that a lot of the staff need training on patient care. In contrast, there were 3 lovely nurses who were attentive and worked really hard to make sure that i was coping well. I understand that they were overworked and understaffed but these 3 nurses were absolutely amazing. I know their names and would like to show them credit for this.
