About: Kingston Health (Hull)

Within one minute of the start of my appoitment the GP referrred to a specialist, I was fine with that. I then tried to speak with the GP regarding a longstanding second issue. He refused, saying one issue one appointment and basically showed me the door!I had waited two weeks for this appointment, time off work etc and he gave me one minute maybe one minute thirty seconds due to the fact he would have to type up his one sentence notes. Terrible experience.

We are sorry to hear you did not find the service what you hoped for. Unfortunately we are only able to deal with one issue per appointment. As I hope you can imagine there are many scenarios where a Dr would need to give a patient far more time than is allocated, for example when admitting a patient to hospital as an emergency. Therefore if they are able to deal with one issue in a shorter amount of time this can help reduce waiting times for other patients.
