There was a clear sign in reception advising of waiting times, I didn't have to wait as long as expected. The doctor was pleasant, friendly and explained what she was doing carefully. She offered advice and referred me for MRI as a precaution. I was given a prescription to collect and the hospital pharmacy and was also ashed to have a blood test. While waiting for the blood test a helpful nurse noticed I was clutching a prescription and asked if it was urgent. She said that there was currently a 2 hour wait and advised I put the prescription in and come back for the blood test, which I did. The hospital pharmacy advised that although they close at 5 I could call back later and collect it from the staff pharmacy. I went back and had my blood test straight away!
