"very happy I had my operation at West Midlands..."

I had my operation today 17-8-19 at West Midlands hospital Halesowen and I have to say I highly recommend this hospital the staff very lovely happy friendly and very helpful could not do enough to make sure I was comfortable before my op on arrival I was greeted by a happy receptionist with a smile and very friendly with 10 mins take to my room on ward which was very clean and very nice with tv and phone more like hotel than hospital room the nurse cane into me with 10 mins and then doctors then I didn’t wait long I was taken for my operation , I was scared and nervous but the nurse held my hand talked to me and stayed with me until I went to sleep then she was then as soon as I woke up ion my way to my room , service care was outstanding and private healthcare is so much better and worth it too , they brought me refreshments pot tea and food which was nice and pain relief all in short space of time when I was ready not waiting long at all my room had on suite shower room and toilet too which was nice didn’t have to walk down the ward !!! Like most hospital I will be using this hospital again in future and I would like to say thank you to all the staff today , 10 /10 rating 100% brilliant , 5* on service , staff , everything
