As this is my first time at Ashley House everything was new and I couldn't make either a good or bad comparison to anywhere else, but overall it has helped me a great deal, not mission accomplished because during my withdrawal I threw the towel in and used again. But with the help I received and good advice I listened to I got myself back on track and now as I start my last 2 weeks on the subbies I can actually see the finish line, the light at the end of the tunnel.

Only time will tell if the future holds what I've always wanted really, a drug free life but its good to know that if I come off the rails then Ashley House is here with good staff, the right methods and most of all hope for users, and without hope we've got nothing. Thanks a million.

Your feedback is much appreciated, its great to know that your first visits to Ashley House have been so positive, and that your first treatment journey has been as effective as this. We have over the last 6 months changed a lot of the internal structures and it is great to have feedback that states that service has been structured and effective during this time.

All the staff within Ashley House are here to support you as you continue in your recovery journey. There is a lot to be involved in at the moment, the planned activities include the Recovery bike ride on the 1st of July raising health awareness and local awareness of health issues, we also have an alottment, service user meetings are held every Thursday at 11am your involvement would really be appreciatted by all in service here the collective approach is how we hope to continualy improve the services on offer here. We also have peer mentor programs and lots of other activities that can help with local services and service provision. we would also like to know what we could do to improve effectiveness and we feel the best way is to ask for your support in all we do.
