About: Haslucks Green Medical Centre

I’ve always have good words to say about this practice I know I’m not the only one you have to fight to get to see a doctor and people don’t want to do that .no problem with doctors they are ok and some of the. Receptionist. Are alright and helpful. I was diagnosed with best Cancer a few years ago and a doctor Rang me up to say sorry about the news and that they are there for me that was lovely of her. I rang last week to get appointment to see any doctor so I must be bad cause only see my doctor and the girl on reception said no appointment s available I then rang 111 they were lovely told me to get appointment with my doctor I said you are joking I’ve already rang them but I will try again they did advise me to go to hospital if I can’t get to see a doctor. So I did ring back and the answer was still no I did explain to her what was wrong with me.she said she would talk to one of the doctors and get back to you ok fare enough so I waited and still waiting for the call from her

I did go to hospital which were lovely nurse and doctor rushed me though with high temperature and high blood pressure I was feeling really poorly I also go a red rash all over the. Breast that had cancer and in pain and burning So thank you to that receptionist for calling me back I’m still waiting for your call I am a person that is easy going and don’t complain but this upset me . A part from that and having to fight to see a doctor I Happy with the surgery

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Over the last couple of months, our appointment availability has increased with both acute and routine pre-bookable appointments.

We do try our best to see you on the day; however we hold limited appointments, therefore when these are taken we advise the walk in Centre or 111 if you feel it cannot wait. If the receptionist feels necessary, they will ask our on call doctor what they advise.

We’re sorry to hear you didn’t receive a call back from reception. It would be very helpful if you would contact the Practice Manager who can investigate this matter further for you.

Finally, we are glad to read that apart the above issue, you are happy with the surgery.
