Poor service rude reception staff always think they know what’s best there not doctors poor understanding of mental health related issues having to wait a good few weeks for a appointment next appointment is September for the GP I need to see for my problem as needs to be my usual GP so long waits for appointment think this practice is over capacity with patients

Hello and thank you for your comments.....I am sorry that you feel the reception staff were rude. This is not acceptable and I will pass this on to the Operations Manager to discuss with the reception team. Although we have emergency appointments available every day the next routine bookable appointment is on the 5th September 2019, which is two weeks away. If you want to make an appoinment with a particular GP then that can be a little longer. All GPs have access to your full medical records so you should be able to consult with any of the practice GPs.
