The majority of nurses on the gynae ward at Heartlands were very efficient and suited the profession, especially a trainee nurse called Melanie Osbourne who without a doubt shone above all others and will make an excellent nurse. I felt there were some exceptions noticeably on certain shifts the quality of care received.
