So shocked by all the negative reviews. Been ill twice recently, receptionist took my symptoms over the phone and advised a GP will call me back the same day. As it turned out some of my symptoms flagged up on the computer and had a GP phone me within 20 minutes.I understand that if i just want a non urgent appointment to see my extremely overworked gp i will have to wait a few weeks as they have patients who need them more. Online access is brilliant meaning i can order my repeat medication in a few clicks. I dont think people educate themselves enough about how GP's work nowadays and expect doctors to be sitting there waiting to see them. All my experience has been brilliant with Beacon. The phone staff are so polite and professional.
