"Satisfaction with Helios"

My family and I have been registered at this surgery for 17 years. The surgery building and grounds are pleasant, with a relaxed feel. You will always be seen promptly if symptoms suggest an early consultation is needed. The GP call back service is efficient, reliable and reassuring. The Practice Nurses are pleasant and caring and can usually be seen at short notice, again if symptoms suggest this is needed. We never feel rushed during consultations. Altogether, our experience with Helios has always been more than satisfactory, especially considering the pressures faced by GP surgeries in the current climate.
