"Incompetent staff"

I've had an appointment at 1pm at the maternity unit. I arrived here at 12:45 and when checking in with reception I've been told that the clinic wasn't opened, and that she was extremely stressed and she doesn't know. She was telling me that she didn't have her lunch as of yet and just to take a seat. I've been given a little container with Urin sample. After waiting 45 minutes I've checked again with a new receptionist asking how long it will take and she told me I wasn't even booked in they didn't know I was in the waiting room, but I should be next hopefully. When being asked to give a Urin sample and after putting it into the container my name and details have been missed and if I wouldn't have said something this would have been missed too. I understand sometimes 8t can be stressful but In my opinion this was just extremely unprofessional.
