"Impossible to get an appointment"

I have been using the Worlds End health Centre for c. 7 years.

It is virtually impossible to get through to anyone on the phone to book an appointment (it takes an average of 5 calls to get through - holding on for 5/10 minutes per call while it rings), when you do get there is an attitude problem from the staff that answer.

I get texts about 'open days for feedback' where you can go and discuss issues - these are virtually always sent with less than 24 hours (sometimes only 3-5 hours) notice and are all on weekdays (when I'm in work), I assume this is because they don't actually want any of their patients to go.

The actual GPs are great, its a shame its so difficult to get through to see them.
