"wasted appointment"

after booking an appointment at 08.00 i arived at 07.55...then with several other pople signed in on screen ...reached 08.15..went back to receptionist..whome said i have missed my appointment the same receptionist that had let us in.. saying that after signing in on screen i should have then gone to receptionist as well as that is how the doctors system is set up.i didnt have my glasses and didnt see this .. i waited another 10 mins after informing that i was on time to be told that i would have to re-book.... i had to come out of work for this appointment and feel very disapointed and let down as it was the surgerys sytem fault
