I contacted the surgery yesterday for an appointment and after being asked questions by reception was given an appointment that afternoon. As I needed follow up blood tests and also an NHS healthcheck and cytology test they managed to arrange the appointments in one afternoon one after the other.That is what I call a well organised surgery.I feel well cared for and have absolute confidence in the doctors and nurses here.
