I went with my husband to visit his grandma. Whilst there I saw at the nurse's stations one health care assistant plaiting another member of staff's hair! Highly inappropriate at a nurses station. I witnessed a cannula being removed without correct pressure which resulted in elderly lady having a bruise. I work at St James' hospital in a clinical role and therefore know what is correct procedure and staff behaviour
