"Great job guys"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Surgical Skin Team

(as the patient),

Visited Ambulatory Care Dept @ NHS Forth Valley for removal of a mole for further checking.

Checked in plenty of time and was taken on time by a very friendly Staff Nurse David who put me at ease and introduced me to the team including Lauriann.

Procedure and aftercare thoroughly explained by the guys and I felt very confident and comfortable.

Procedure was carried out quickly and effortlessly - only noticed a slight jab for the local anaesthetic but nothing else.

We chatted about holidays during the procedure which kept all lighthearted and easy.

Great job guys

Thanks

Thank you for leaving such lovely, detailed feedback.

Both Lauriann and I try to keep anxiety levels down by conversing with our patients, we usually find it is preferential to listening to the task in progress, although my repertoire is similar to a hairdressers!

I am glad you didn't find the experience too traumatic and hope everything is going as planned for you.

Thanks again

David
