I am compelled to report the fantastic service provided to me.

Pre Op Briefing.

The pre op briefing was illuminating, and very helpful provided by friendly professionals.

Day of Surgery

As I was fully briefed I had no anxiety at all and was kept informed of all procedures in a caring but highly professional manner. Surgery was for me a breeze and I recovered in a gentle relaxed environment.

Post Op

Care was of a gold star standard. Again I was fully appraised of all plans and instructed on the best way forward. The food was super and all staff kind and good fun. I was amazingly discharge on the day after surgery and thus far am improving daily.

All in all a very happy patient. A massive thank you to all involved.
