"MRI Report"

About: Halton Hospital

Very dissapointing service from the MRI department at Halton Hospital. I was promised on 3 separate occasions within this last week that my report would be available for my follow up appointment with the physio this evening as I have been waiting since March to sort this problem out. I was last promised less than 3 hours before my appointment that the report would definitely be available. Waste of time for me and the physio as guess what it wasn't ready! I now have to wait yet again to get the treatment that I need! This service needs looking at and staff should not make promises to patients if they don't intend to follow it up!
