"Review of Breast Clinic"

About: Royal Free Hospital

I had a very positive experience at the Royal Free from the moment I arrived. A volunteer helped me to check and pointed me in the right direction and the clinic was clearly signposted and easy to find. The clinic itself was very clean and welcoming and the receptionist was pleasant. I had expected to have to wait a while as the letter I had received had suggested this was the case. However, although I waited for my initial consultation (which was indicated by a sign in the waiting room which was kept updated) overall the time I spent in the clinic was around an hour and a half. In that time I was examined and then had an ultrasound, shortly after which I received the results. The whole experience was as pleasant as could be expected and I was put at ease by staff throughout. Thank you to all.

Dear Hannah (if I may)

Thank you for taking time to share your experience, your review may give comfort to others who might be nervous attending the clinic so thank you for that. I will share the feedback and I know the staff will be made up knowing they had put you at ease during your time in the clinic.

With Best Wishes

Richard
