"No problem at all"

I attend St Lukes many times a year for various blood tests (Multiple sclerosis medication and Diabetes blood sugar reviews) and always find the nursing staff friendly and helpful as they take yet another blood sample.
No problem with giving a blood sample but always made easier when in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
