Most people at the surgery seem pleasant enough and the service has always been hit and miss. More recently it seems to be a miss. Always seem to be stuck with trainee doctors. Maybe because I don't have a chronic problem I'm not there all the time and haven't worked out the system or have a special rapport with staff like I've heard with others.
