About: Erith & District Hospital

Went to the hospital with pain in my head and ear apparently blocked. They said we don't deal with this problem anymore. Hospitals need more money to treat patients oh gosh we'res the treatment?

Absolutely ridiculous so anything you go to hospital with they say go and pay private.

It's good to be britight and pay for your NHS treatmentor should I say lacan of it..

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback which we welcome with a view of improving the Service we are able to offer.

Urgent Care Centres are set up to treat urgent but not life threatening illnesses and injuries that cannot wait to be seen by a patients GP. To this end ear syringing is not a service that is available at an Urgent Care Centre or an A&E Department. This service can only be accessed and provided by your GP. There are private clinics that do offer this service which you would have to pay for, but your GP should be able to offer you an appointment with your Practice free of charge.

Kind Regards
