Wonderful staff in the ENT outpatients clinic. Arrived today to find our inital appointment had been cancelled, however the staff rallied round and we saw a consultant. Tests ordered and fully consulted in the process. We agreed a review date together, as tests need to be completed first. My 3 year old loved the childrens robot tv in the waiting room and all the staff engaged with him. Thank you.

We always strive to provide person-centred care in a friendly and welcoming environment so it is pleasing to learn your 3 year old was happy whilst in our waiting room.
