When I went to Inclusion I realised that I had a problem and I could not fix it on my own.
The staff were very welcoming, I did not feel judged and it helped me to deal with the Anxiety and fears that I had about asking for help.
I don't feel comfortable talking about my addiction, but found the group work programme very comfortable and before I knew it I was sharing my story.
Doing this has helped me to start moving forward with my life, recovery is a great place to be.
I would like to thank Tony who runs the IRP group and all the staff who have given me support
"The day I decided to get help"
