About: Inclusion Isle of Wight

(as a service user),

1. What were the best things about how you were treated?

* I was treated with respect and dignity

* I was never judged for my drug usage

* They helped me in my time of need

2. What could of been better?

* Nothing treated very fairly

3. Are there any staff you would like to thank?

* Tony M and all the staff who work there

Hi F15 PSP,

Thanks for letting us know about your experience at Inclusion Isle of Wight. At Inclusion, we hold our values very close and hope that our teams 'live our values' through their everyday practices. These include the ways you feel you were treated such as being treated with dignity and respect, never feeling judged and being helped in your time of need. It's so important that we get this right so that you can have all the support you need to make positive changes, and hopefully it can encourage others to ask for help in their time of need too!
