After speaking to Gastro Secretary who had a rude telephone manner , i needed to speak to an IBD nurse which i know only works certain times and days, but to have a voicemail say she is on annual leave and i can only leave a message when she returns is quite poor , why isn't there any cover for this person, as patients need advise or results.
Also tried to call PALS and the phone call also went to an automated service saying they cannot take my call. Service again poor.
