I am sorry to hear of your experience with our new system, it is not the kind of experience we want for our patients to have when contacting the surgery.

Again I am sorry there is a delay in responding, please be assured our GPs are triaging the list and dealing with as appropriate.

There has been a few issues as we are down in GP resources due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are still having problems with the system please contact the surgery and one of our reception team will be able to help you.
