Thank you for opportunity to see a counsellor at the Gateway at Walkden.
I was a bit nervous and apprehensive at the first meeting, but was soon put at ease by my lady counsellor. She was very professional and very easy to talk to and I was soon relaxed about it. Her advice over the weeks of seeing her was very helpful.
I found the books that she recommended were very good, especially the Mental
Health Book by Trevor Powell as absolutely excellant, it covers different kinds of depression. Thank you again.
