I rang to book an appointment to be seen the same day. I was told that there were no more available slots for that day. I explained te the receptionist what my condition was. She kindly booked me on the emergency slot (which I was not aware of) to be seen on the same morning.
The doctor who attended to me made me feel at ease. The procedure was painful (due to my condition) but I went through with it due to the doctor's calming voice and great care. The causes of the condition were also explained to me.
