"Fantastic Urology Staff"

I attended the urology clinic today fro the first time and with some trepidation not always having the best of care.I was simply amazed at how very kind and caring the staff were. Most staff are 'professionally kind and caring', but it feel artificial, this departments staff were second to none, looked after patients like they were their own family.The atmosphere was so warm and friendly, we were kept informed of what was going on without having to ask, everyone was treated so kindly. The consultant explained everything I needed to know and answered my many questions without fuss.

A wonderful experience I will not forget I a hurry and will have no fears it and when I need to attend the clinic again.Thank you so much fro all the staff on this department, it would be nice to see their approach to patient care spread throughout the hospital.A fabulous team that should be very proud fo their work!
