Hi, a 6-monthly check-up for kidneys was delayed by 1 and a 1/2 Hours. We were told there was a computer breakdown, so 7 different consultants were using 1 computer. I had to take time off work for this appointment, so I'm extremely frustrated. There were many elderly people left waiting, and many of them couldn't wait longer so they went home without an appointment.
