The facilities were very modern and made me feel relaxed in attending my appointment. The support staff were very friendly and explained directions clearly to enable me to know where I had to go.
The doctor listened to my explanation of my symptoms, he examined my knee and talked me through his opinion of the problem. He gave me good advice on coping with the pain and swelling until my appointment for an MRI scan comes through. He also explained what can be done once the actual problem has been identified which has made me feel confident that there is something that can be done to sort the problem.
My overall experience of the service provided was excellent and I feel quite relaxed about having future treatment at the centre.
