"Cannot fault anything"

Had cause to visit Dermatology Outpatients in connection with a BCC on neck recently and whole experience was first class. Initial meeting with the consultant and subsequent appointment for relevant procedure arranged quickly and I was dealt with efficiently on both occasions. The consultant explained things very clearly, offered to check any other areas of skin I was concerned about and I can honestly say I felt no pain whatsoever when the 'op' was carried out. Whole procedure took no more than 15 minutes and could not have been more satisfied with the treatment I received - many thanks Dthe consultant and your colleagues.
