"excellant service"

i have seen some excellant changes at this practice in the past month in terms of appoinment avalibilty and the triaged system where calls have been promply directed to the correct serviceand not wasted the practice appointments. i have joined with the park run the praqctice has promoted and seen the staff involvement. the practice has shown proffesionalism and kindness above what i have expected. i have found the practice manager more than accomodating and actually cares about the patients and their needs.
