"Almost impossible to contact the customer care department"

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

(as the patient),

It would seem almost impossible to contact the customer care department  in Basingstoke , which deals with Winchester Hospital ,   their call back system has not been working , they have not responded to email , I have been on hold for well over 45 minutes ,

It seems to me as if they are totally uninterested in complaints about the poor service
