"Excellent Back Pain Clnic and Surgical Teams"

I have attended this hospital multiple times over the last 18months and have always received excellent care in the Back clinic and in the day surgery clinics. I received back fusion surgery on 11/8/19 and again received excellent care both from the consultants, the nursing staff, icu staff and physio team. My only concerns were over the discharge procedure that seems to need a reavaluation as it seems unnecessarily long winded and frustrating from the patient's perspective.
