"9 months and still waiting for an appointment"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

I was unable to attend a TMJ appointment in December , due to ill health . The receptionist , who unfortunately is not the friendliest of those

I have spoken to / seen on my visits , was short and said an appointment would be sent in the post . 9 months later I am still waiting . This comes after having one appointment being changed 5 times by the service ! .
