"Dreadful place"

my mum came in with very bad D&V the nurses were very uncaring and rude apart from one nurse. she was taken to AMU as her blood pressure was very low she had not been given none of her medication during her stay which she needed to take 3 times a day a nurse said she would come back and give her more fluids through the drip which she never had.The Nurses were all so rude and very uncaring.The Dr once she finally got to see him was very nice we were here on holiday from London so not at all a nice experience.We come to Blackpool every year and i would never come to this Hospital again we was at the urgent treatment centre first then A&E then AMU
