I can honestly say I have never had a problem with regards to getting an appointment. The best time to telephone is 08.50, I always get through and yes I might be in a short queue but that's to be expected. I have always been able to get an appointment on the day, the receptionists ask me the reason for wanting an appointment and I have always felt comfortable telling them the reason. I moved to Norton a year ago and I can honestly say i'm happy with the service provided and am confident the staff will always try to help with any queries I may have.
