I had to go to Queens as it appears Lincolnshire refers all Gastrointestinal investigations and treatment to Nottingham. To even get a referral was a struggle . In April 2019 I had to stay at the hospital accommodation overnight for a monitoring test. It was either that or drive a total 340 miles, there and back twice in 24 hours. Being disabled, this I could never do.The test completed, I was told the results would be notified by May 2019. It's now August.
My GP has heard nothing but was not surprised. This is the second time I have been forced to use Nottingham Queens for problems and got NOWHERE despite chasing results.
While the department was clean, new, and whatever, I wonder if I'll ever hear what those results are.
