Today On the 11th of August 2019 approximately between 16pm to 18pm. I brought my mum to the A&E regarding her hand. She was unable to move it it was very painful for her. Today I was really disappointed. The doctor we had was very very rude. I had to keep thinking to myself that’s this doctor is having a bad but no the attitude this Doctor had. Was unbelievable. The way this Doctor treated my mum. Lack of compassion, respect and integrity. Today honestly I am lost to words I will take this further to CQC regarding this doctor. I will make sure that this doctor gets some special help so this behaviour of this doctor can get sorted out. Because I do not wish for nobody to experience what we experienced today. Raising the tone of their voice, speaking harshly honestly very very rude. Lack of manners.
