My Sister was taken to Q A after suffering a Cardiac Arrest, they managed to bring her back but because of complications she had another and they were unable to revive her and she passed away.
There were many members of her family and friends there outside, (we did not want to go into the relatives room).
Obviously everyone was bereft and her children and husband were in such shock (she was only 54 yrs).
The staff came out and was with us constantly trying to console everyone, they were simply fantastic.
Their empathy was second to none.
They explained as much as possible about the forthcoming procedure and were so caring, I cannot praise them enough.
When my brother and I went into see my sister the consideration we were given was just amazing and the surroundings where she was are beautiful.
Hospital's generally can be given a lot of discredit at times which is not the case in many instances and I just want to balance this a little and thank the staff in QA for their utmost care and attention.
My Brother in law was so thankful to the staff regarding how they had cared so well for my sister.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
