"Endoscopy"

I would like to say how impressed I was with the running of the endoscopy unit,from the start to finish. It was very well organised,staff helpful and caring, and put me at ease as this was my first experience at this unit.i did bring along a book & phone, charger as I wasn’t sure how long I would be waiting but didn’t need either.I know it was only a short procedure I was having but still made my time there a good experience.
