When I knew I had to go into hospital for a mastectomy I was very apprehensive at 84 that I would not know what to do. Thank you to all the staff working in ward 19 from the very kind and caring nurses to the ladies who made me a cup a tea and spent time talking to me and cheering me up. Thank for all the advice and help you gave me.
