I have been in and out of Royal Free Hospital in the last few months, and want to take time to praise the staff (A&E and haematology) for their time, expertise, and patience. Despite sometimes overcrowded wards, every staff member has in my experience always remained responsive, caring, and respectful. Even when waiting times have evolved into hours, when it did get to my turn, the doctors have gone over and beyond to help with my concerns, and even arranged for a last-minute imaging services, when normally this procedure required advance bookings. I think we should always keep in mind that, while waiting for any service is never fun, during the whole time we are sat there, the doctors are on their tip toes, running around, all for the purpose of looking after us. Again, thank you so much. You're all doing an excellent job.
"Staff in A&E and Haeomatology: thank you!"
