The staff who arranged the appointment were great, even calling me when I did not arrive on time. ( There was a miscommunication on the time of appointment given by NHS111).
The doctor was good in that although she was running very late, she did see me briefly. No inspection or any checking of symptoms were made. Penicillin was prescribed.
