"Thank You Ward C3 & The Surgeon who saved my..."

I was transferred to Poole from Bournemouth A&E after breaking and dislocating my elbow, which left me needing emergency surgery. I arrived at Poole hospital very late on Saturday and I was down in theatre by 11:30am the next day having complex surgery to repair my elbow. The doctors, the registrar and the surgeon were all very professional and took time to explain the procedure and I felt reassured I was in safe hands. I'm pleased to say I am now well on the road to recovery thanks to a talented surgeon. But lastly I must mention the excellent care I received on Ward C3. The nurses and the care assistants were all superb, keeping my pain under control and ensuring I was monitored, fed, washed and cared for round the clock. I cannot fault the care I received from the team at Poole Hospital. Thank you for the hard work you do!
